I painted this green sea turtle from a photo I took from a black sand beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. What a wonderful site to see. She was posing so nicely for me in the afternoon sun. The black sand beach was an amazing site to see. I'm planning on going back to do more research!

This past weekend I was one of the 200 or so artists that exhibited at the annual Lititz Art Show. The weather couldn't have been better and I sold 3 original paintings and one was put on lay-away. This show is held every year on the last Saturday in July and is one of the area's best art shows.
