"Street Music" by Dianne Lorden

Pastel, 16 x 20

Mostly using Rembrandts, with harder (less expensive) pastels as a first layer, and some highlights and lowlights with Senneliers (very soft). Done on red-earth-colored art board.

This gal was gorgeous and fully absorbed with her craft. I couldn't wait to paint her!

Totally lovely painting, Dianna!
Love the color choice for your background too.
What exactly board is it ? Looks like your Rembrandts did very well on it.

Tatiana - It's Mi-Teintes artboard in (I believe it's referred to as) earth red. Thanks!
