Gazebo Gazing by Bertie Brown

Gazebo Gazing

original: 10 1/2"w x 13 1/2"h

It’s a Good Thing

Lobster buoys afloat

As art dotting coves and boats

Decorating New England’s coast

With more beauty than one state can boast

And subdued northern light

Embracing my favorite sights

The rumbling, tumbling tides

Enveloping my sighs

Hushing my faithless whys.....

Is this Camden, Maine? My wife and I would go to a B & B 3 or 4 times a year there when we lived in New Hampshire.

Beautiful work.

Thank you all! Thom, this is Rockport, Massachusetts....I've never been to Maine, though it may resemble many coastal New England ports. I think of Rockport as my one and only!
