"Sunflower" 10"x14" Watercolor on 140lb Arches PaperI started this painting one cold afternoon at Gallerie 13 and finished it in my studio. I used different colors for the background and used salt to achieve the texture. I have to say I played for awhile until I got the look I was going for. I think the sunflower looks warm and happy!
