"Moonlight Lilies" 6 x 6" Oil on Gessobord.
I didn't post for a while partially because was very busy,
partially because didn't have many new finished paintings to share.
Before I go any frothier, I want to say big Thank You to Mary Beth
for congratulating me with my acceptance to Salmagundi.
It was terrific news and to make it even better - my membership papers
came to my mail box on Christmas Eve.
Now back to my paintings... Currently I started working on small series of
miniature 6x6" florals in oil Flemish technique. Those I multi-layers paintings
involving a lot of glazing what takes more time for painting to dry.
Therefore I have several of those sitting around on different stages,
but "Lilies" happened to be first finished work in those new series.
I'm in love with the process and soon will be posting more...
If You would like, You may check out my personal blog to see
all the stages of this intricate process.

I love to see your paintings whenever you post :) this is beautiful, lovely colors. I'd like to have some of those in my garden!
Thank You to all!
I'm very happy with my new 6x6s. It is try-out version for bigger paintings, plus I got to play with few different painting mediums to make sure what complements this technique the best. I may finish most of it by the end of February, but all depends of drying time. We will see.
Gorgeous, Tatiana!!
