Tonight is my champagne reception at the Timmons Gallery, and since I am a bit nervous I decided to lock myself in my studio and just have play with the paint. No rules, no thinking, just painting. It was very enjoyable and these are the results.

Julie, I am having a lot of fun with the looseness....it feels like cheating on a test, though, after painting in such a tight manner for the past three years, and working so hard painting realistically. Hard to describe but I've been happy with the results so just keep changing palettes and experimenting!
