After finishing with all projects that had to be finished for one of another reason, I'm back to my Gardenias. I'm getting close with finishing of initial tempera underpainting. This is the most time consuming and complicated part of this work what has to be perfect. When I'm finished with tempera I'll switch to oils and it will be much easier.
I'll be posting significant updates as I go.

I hope to have this mostly finished with tempera tonight... let it dry a little, give it finishing touch and next step - finish it with oils. I'm almost there. In fact I worked a lot on it for the last two days, tiring, but on very pleasant way... I'll post full gray scale update, when I think it is ready.
