Paris Window by Dianne Lorden

I've recently posted a couple of areas of this pastel as I worked on it. I've gotten this far and really, really need to do something totally different for a while. Some aspects of it were fun, some frustrating. Mostly put me in the mood for Champagne. Extra dry.

My artwork can be viewed at South Mountain Sketchbook.

Love this composition and so reminds me of Deb Kierce's work. I am intrigued by this shop and you've made me want to go in and see what little treasures I can find!

Love it--the subject matter--the composition--the color palette.
