Dianne Lorden at 2011 Fest Paint Out

Hi all - finally put together a few shots from this week. It's been great weather for the Paint Out, especially today. I've adjusted on the fly by switching out supports after the second day, as the sanded surface seems to work faster for me. I guess pastel paper needs more TLC and works better, for me at least, in the studio. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone in the field again and am also enjoying the many fun and interesting paint out posts!

My work is on my website, South Mountain Sketchbook.
