Early October Stream and path, painting by David Bottini

Enjoying a bit of relief ... having completed what is needed for an exhibit that opens in Providence Rhode Island next Friday and paintings for another one-person exhibit that installs in N. Va. on Saturday ...

Final painting for "Quiet Wanderings" my McLean, Va exhibit.

Early October (Stream & Path), 20 X 20", acrylic on canvas, 2011

A beautiful, accomplished, refined painting.Wonderful darks and lights-great movement and love the falling tree--best of luck with all your shows,David. The people in RI and VA. are in for quite a treat.

Thanks for the comments - nice to blush with other artist's approvals.
Looking forward to taking the train up to Providence - always fun to visit old haunts - gallery is up on College Hill - fingers crossed for no major snow.
Virginia exhibit is not far - 100 miles - a stunning location along the Potomac overlooking the Great Falls - Sunday reception - would be fun to see some Pa. people.
