I don't paint many winter scenes, but I was fascinated
by the contrast between the winter landscape and the colorful
coat of the red fox.

It's a terrific piece, Thom. I hope you enjoy the occasional departure from (lovely, of course) fishy paintings because I sure enjoy the results!
