"Snowy Cottage" by Dianne Lorden

This is one of a set of limited edition prints from my Renaissance Portrait days (that was the name of my booth at the New York State Ren Faire in Tuxedo Park, N.Y.). Last week I framed one to donate to the silent auction for the Gettysburg Festival's Gingerbread House Celebration. They had requested wintry-looking art, and this one seemed most appropriate.
Copies are for sale at Gunnar Galleries, Gettysburg.
We attended the Friday evening party at the Gettysburg Hotel to see the gingerbread house entries, and they were mind-blowing! What fun! (The gingerbread cocktails didn't hurt, either!)

Lovely post Dianne. So happy you were able to donate a piece to the festival. I may be in Gettysburg next week to meet about the 2011 plein air event.
