yes they are bendin’ down
ever nearer the ground
‘cause they know autumn’s waitin’
for its cue to start takin’
over prime weather space
with it’s frosty embrace
and my suzies
those beauties
will all hibernate
till next spring shows its face
and they begin their advance
to a new summer romance
