Wow, was I surprised! Last weekend, I was one of the exhibitors at Yorkfest (arts festival) in York, PA. I was busy, as usual, talking away to a student in one of my classes when I felt a tap on my shoulder... turned around and it was the judge of the show. She gave me "Best of Show"! The award was based on all artwork in your exhibit. There were 121 artists, so I was quite humbled and honored at the same time. It still amazes me what art has brought to my life...I have been so blessed! Linda Benton McCloskey

Congratulations again. When I first saw the piece you are standing next to in your photo, I stopped in my tracks and admired it. It truly is a breathtaking painting. It was great seeing you again.
