12 x 12". Pastel on Ampersand Museum Pastelboard.

Next step of my bridge  painting . I guess this is what we call "impressionistic stage" ?... We finally have some pastel here!
At this point I practically didn't do much with water yet, but worked on bridge, background and partially on foliage.
Hope to have some more work done tonight.

I don't know what stage you call it, but i call it beautiful. The drawing is such a solid foundation giving the finished work a sure success!

I agree with Bertie...it's beautiful. However, I, also, agree with Ron. Your previous step had looseness and spontaneity. See you tomorrow with that axe.
