Background Music (Series) by Daily Painter Bertie Brown Original Contemporary Figurative Drawing

Background Music

original contemporary figurative drawing on gessoed music manuscript: 9 1/2"w x 12 1/2"h

Practice makes better

But perfect?

Not ever...

Especially if drawing

Is what you can do

You’ll prob’ly improve

But that’s questionable, too

My advice to you

Buy an Etch-a-Sketch too!

Your figures are fluent and poetic.

This is very sensual. You set a mood with apparent ease.

"THERE'S A SONG IN MY ART" IS FROM JUNE 7 THROUGH 21!

Bertie I assume you know about this Harrisburg Art Ass. art exhibit--the above dates are entry dates--your work could make up the whole show.

The pieces you do on sheets of music are just my favorites, Bertie. There is always an story and my imagination sees all kinds of things in the scene. This is beautiful!
