"Cow Valley" by Debra Tritt-Kreiger

"Cow Valley" Watercolor 25"x 15.75 on 140lb Arches Paper

This is a painting I did from a photo I took of our local cows. My husband went to Cumberland Valley High School in the area these cows were photographed, and they call that area Cow Valley. I seem to like cows. It is hanging at 2nd Floor Gallery for the "Central PA Scenes Show".

As much as I love cows and your painting of them- what I especially love is the distant hills and trees. They are beautifully done.

Well, those wildflowers in the front along with the friendly cows just draw me right into this serene scene...Come on summer.....

I went to "cow valley" myself - that was a familiar scene - but it's now a housing development, so you've captured a moment for all of history.

I like cows, also. This ones seems to be posing for you. Great job.

This cow seems to be welcoming me right into your charming painting! I went to Cedar Cliff HS, so 'COW Valley' was always our rival...how silly!
