Multitudes of flowers (from Lancaster's Central Market), too many for a still life, but the happy cherub pulled it all together. I set this up on my patio on an early summer morning. You can see my cup of coffee peaking out the right hand corner.

I love the work on the Cherub vase/pot. The shadowing is perfect. I also love the work on the coffee cup and saucer.
So right, Debi, that cherub does unite this painting. The reflected colors on it are beautiful! And the detailing on the cup and saucer mimicking the flowers at the top is also another important element to the overall composition.
What a beautifully and intricately painted piece, Debi! From the man varieties of flowers, to the gorgeous cherub vase, and right on down to the china holding the coffee...All perfection! I intend to get myself one pretty cup and saucer just as you have one of these days!
Great painting-beautiful colors. Thanks for the link to your reference photo site-I might have to paint one.
Beautiful painting, Debbi. I'm always in awe with the detail that you have in your paintings.
What a glorious burst of color! This is quite lovely.
