Master Copy - Paganini Portrait by Ingres - Drawing by Daily Painter Bertie Brown

Paganini

master copy drawing Paganini by Ingres: 7 1/2"w x 9 1/2"h

Fear and Trembling

An Ingres drawing

Is perfect, you know

From his first pencil mark

To his last stroke so dark

So with great trepidation

And yes, capitulation

I drew this for my assignment

In a classroom confinement

I drew as I fussed

But I got my A Plus!

Work in Progress Pencil Drawing by Charlotte Yealey

Work in progress
This is a graphite drawing of my daughter and I that I am working on. I am using a photo booth photo from around 1990 which really washes out the values in the faces. The drawing is actually darker than this scan looks. I know that I have to darken the values in the faces but I am still working on it.
