"Autumn Deer" was painted in oil during a week long workshop with wildlife artist Ken Wetzel. Ken would have his students bring a canvas panel... along with the piece we worked on. All his demonstrations would be on our own personal panel, so not to invade the artists' paintings, keeping them entirely "our" paintings. A unique approach.
