When I was participating in the Westfield, NY Plein Air Event
a couple of weeks ago, one day I painted on a beautiful
daylily farm with friends and fellow artists Jane Albin
and Roberta Staat. I had happened to look up from my
own painting and saw Roberta talking to Jane while
Jane was painting. I quickly grabbed my camera, and
before I even took the picture I knew
that I was going to paint this.

NICE--WARM, CHARMING, NOSTALGIC FEELING TO THIS PAINTING-LOVE THE COOL BLUES CONTRASTED WITH THE WARM REDS AND ORANGES.
