I have been enthralled with these fields for years. I have seen them all my life and the play of light and air upon them makes them look different each time. The neighboring farmer didn't think much of my painting and then said he hoped he didn't hurt my feelilngs when he laughed. I laughed right back and said I hope it doesn't hurt your feelings that I don't care what you think. Why would I? It is always nice when someone likes your work, but really, who cares?
Although it is pretty clear I'm not going to be making a sale to him :)
