A Fan checking out my latest commission! by Thom Glace

Molly giving an approval of my latest commission!
She is not only one of my biggest fans, but is also
the pride of Smith Custom Framing and Art Gallery
in New Cumberland- one of my galleries-
and favorite framers.

This painting of a Sea-Run Arctic Char in Spawning Dress
is one of 7 fish commissioned by one of my customers.
The lure he used for catching this fish is also included.
(He is a Catch & Release Fisherman, but takes photos
of his favorites)

I just finished the first of 3 farm animal commissions
for a customer- one for each of her daughters for Christmas.
The first daughter chose a miniature of a pig. I got to choose
the breed and location.

Framed in a 7" x 5" frame, the 4.5" x 3" painting is titled:
'Young Red Wattle Sow in the Cotswolds'

I selected this breed due to the rust coloring and the way
their coat tuffs up into curls.
As always, it is a transparent watercolor on Crescent Mat Board.

I love your different fish paintings! They always remind me of my brother who greatly enjoyed fishing.
