My intention here had been to practice mistiness with the Inktense pencils, then overlay with Prismacolors. I sort of lost track of where I wanted the mist, though, when I got involved with reflections. Stunningly short memory! So, I'll be revisiting the whole mist thing. My artwork can be viewed and is for sale at: South Mountain Sketchbook
Love it! Really nice! The ship and sail is a beautiful design! I've always wanted to do a ship like this! I like the colors too! Didi you make the pattern on the sale up yourself?
The sail pattern is based on portions of an engraving of the mythical Watcher at the Well, a Celtic spirit who predicted which soldiers would die in battle. I altered the design I found to better represent my understanding of the story. But I thought it fitting for the sail, as the ships are destined to the Afterlife. Thanks for asking!

This is so mystical and fantastical - I love it, Dianne!
