Stoney Creek - Acrylic palette knife impressionistic landscape painting by Pennsylvania Painter Pat Koscienski

Stoney Creek Morning
14" x 11"
Acrylic on board
Palette Knife

This painting was done using a palette knife and acrylic paint with a moulding compound. It was inspired by a photograph I had taken one morning while painting at Stoney Creek in Dauphin, Pa. It was a steep decline from the parking area to the stream, but well worth the view. If you have any questions, or wish to purchase, contact PAT. This is so beautifully atmospheric, Pat. I am always amazed and impressed with your knife skills - this is wonderful!

Lovely Pat. It would be nice to go back there when the Irises are in bloom.
