Quick demonstration for my adult class. We started out doing Santa portraits using this bearded man as inspiration. But I just had to paint him with the red beard and will do the Santa later. So now I have to rethink the hat and story. Maybe a lumberjack.... Any ideas?

Yes, he does feel sort of Paul Bunyan! Wonderful study! Just makes you happy.
The photo inspiration was provided by my friend who took it at a renascence festival. And yes, his expression does make you happy!
