PINCHOT PARK By Cecelia Lyden

oil/canvasboard

11x14

You might not guess, with the use of so many warm colors in this fall scene, that this was an unusually cold, windy day for mid October. The sky was overcast [again] with some in and out sunshine. This was our paint out/picnic/meeting day. We were all bundled up, but we still enjoyed delicious food and warm camaraderie.

Wonderful sense of depth in your composition. Sounds like the annual SVPAP picnic was a lot of fun.

Very nice Cecelia. The day looks warm but it was a little chilly! Good to see you!
