"The Blue Hound Barn" By Debra Tritt Kreiger

"The Blue Hound Barn" Acrylic on 10"x8" canvas

This is my second painting while plein air painting at the Blue Hound Farm in Lewisberry.
So many places to paint! I could hardly pick a spot! I felt this magnificent barn needed to be painted. It was bathed in the afternoon sun, which warmed me up a bit since it was a bit windy and cool.

To contact me about the purchase of this painting or see more of my work go to www.debkreiger.com or follow my blog at debkreiger.blogspot.com or you can shop in my new store, Deb's Gifts

Debra, I so enjoy barn paintings. The colors here are wonderful; I especially like the wall in shadows - there's such variation and depth. Looks like a patina of sorts.

You did such a fantastic job on this, Deb - especially with all of the wind and animal distraction we had that day!
