"Pot o' Daffs" by Dianne Lorden

I got a sampler pack of Ampersand pastelbord in 5x7 boards. So, this was my first painting, which I did yesterday afternoon. I love this board, and I also really appreciate the small size. It's a pleasure - as well as a relief - to do something in an afternoon! I need to do more of that! I'm slowly working on my re-vamped website. Visit it here: South Mountain Sketchbook

Nice Dianne. I agree with you about the 5x7 inch ampersand panels. They are my favorite for oil studies.

That's funny, Dianne -- I was just looking into ordering that exact sample pack, last night. Great job on this -- love the daffodils and that glaze on the ceramic pot is perfect!
