DINING IN By Cecelia Lyden

acrylic on stretched canvas
11x14

The sun was shining, the weather warm. But the wind was blowing so hard that everyone at this Vero Beach restaurant in Florida opted to have lunch indoors. The darkish interior provided a strong contrast with the bright outdoors, where the orange umbrellas, tied tightly, provided an additional strong contrast with the beautiful blue water and sky. Happily, I had my camera and snapped a few photos from inside.

I agree with Michael, this lovely painting makes me want to be inside that restaurant enjoying good company and good food!
