Brook's Morning Trickle - Acrylic Abstracted Palette Knife Landscape Painting by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

Brook's Morning Trickle
5" x 7"
Acrylic on canvas
This painting was inspired by a small trickle of water that flowed down the brook that fed into Nanty-Glo, PA's reservoir. The beautiful colors from the mosses, leaves, and water were moving. It was done with a palette knife from a photo I had taken many, many years ago. It is one of the 24 paintings that I have exhibiting at the Charley Krone Gallery on the second floor of the New Cumberland Library, 1 Benjamin Plaza, New Cumberland, Pa during the month of March. Pat, Nanty Glo isn't a very common place. What's your connection? I drive near it almost weekly.
Interesting painting. At first I thought it was huge.
