"Morning Glow" pastel by Tatiana Myers update.

"Morning Glow"
12 x 12"  Pastel on Pastelbord

This is the latest update on my pastel painting of Wildwood Lake. I did it few days ago and this is how far I moved with it. Normally I would finish it by now, but with events our family had going on for the last two weeks I had no time to paint. Therefore this is the only art work I have to share with you for the moment. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon. Miss my painting process, unfortunately we just had a death in a family and this fact is putting all  projects on hold.

Such a beautiful and warm, loving piece. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Tatiana, I'm sorry to hear of your family's loss. This painting is mystically peaceful, though. I hope your continued work on it will prove to be healing. And don't over-finish it; it's so fresh right now!

Thank You, Kathy and Dianne!
We can use all those prayers sent our way, it is always helpful. As about painting, I need to have a certain serene mood to finish it with light touch. I'm not sure how soon it will come to me. Some of our paintings taking very special approach and this is one of those. Well, we will see how it goes... I never can tell.
