Dramatic Pears - Mark H Brown
I setup these pears in a harsh, dramatic light. This dynamic lighting revealed the wonderful form of the pears and allowed for some rich reds in the shadow side. I love this old wood box and enjoyed the cooler tones in the aged wood. This was just one of those paintings that happened while I painted. I wish every painting day was so "in the zone." Such a joy to paint!
