Very nice Joe! Love the design/balance of the image. Nicely placed within the boundaries of the picture. I've never done much with pastels. The medium just seems too difficult for me to even think about. I have such respect for artists that can master them and you've shown you know how to use them. It's so amazing too, how an artist can turn practically anything into a work of art, like, for instance, this pair of warn shoes.

This is a great pastel! The color and light is perfect.
Great job, Joe! The light on the tile and the textures of both tile and shoes are perfect. It's a really neat pastel.
