Doc by Maria Kovalenko Leysens

This is a watercolor, 10x10 inches that I did as a gift.
Sometimes you meet people that make a difference.

Fabulous --Doc's personality exudes from this portraiture --likeness and personality--2 traits of a wonderful portrait.

So wonderful to be able to capture people in a painting. I always enjoy your posts.

Very nice painting and technique; but you mention a person "making a difference" for both portraits. It would be nice to know what difference in particular you mean for them.

I kind of left it open as to what they did, Linda. One is a private person, not looking for any recognition, the other is a dynamo. Can you guess which is which? I guess if you really think about it, everyone makes a difference... wow, now I have a whole bunch of paintings to do... if this were a series.
Thanks again for the comments.
