This summer my husband and I went to watch a "dock dogs" event at a lake near our home where I photographed this little guy. He was not one of the dogs jumping off the dock but he was a spectator with his owner. I did this painting in one day, today, trying to get back to a painting a day.

I think he looks like he is sitting back and just enjoying the show--such a wonderful job portraying this dog's personality.
You always manage to capture the spirit as well as the image -- I can see the spunk and excitement in this little guy's eyes.
I like his perky pose..that really contributes to his attentive attitude..
