HE MIGHT LOOK ANGRY, BUT HE SURE IS HANDSOME OR PRETTY, AS THE CASE MAY BE.
Very handsome, Thom. I find house finches and purple finches difficult to tell apart unless they're together at the feeder. Then, I can see the difference in reds. (Purple finches are named after "perpura," I think ... Latin for red.) Your painting has a lovely vintage look to it. I always appreciate that!
Great post Thom. I enjoy watching finches chase each other around the trees in our yard. They are so playful.
