Yesterday was a very fruitful day in the studio. I finished the heads of the Roses in the vase portion of the painting. After that dries I will scumble and glaze over them. Now on the table roses and reflection.
Oh this is so beautiful. I can just smell the wonderful fragrance coming from these roses. They are just gorgeous and I can't wait to see the finished piece.

It is just amazing how much detail you can see at such an early stage. Are you working from photos?
