Found this little nest in my yard after a
particularly gusty thunderstorm. It always
makes me a little sad to find that
a nest has been blown out of a
tree - the birds work so hard to make their
homes. The eggs are from my stash in
my studio - they are the most authenitic-looking
eggs I have been able to find!

Beautiful painting - the colors of the nest are so pretty. I loved hearing about your stash of eggs. I never would have known.
Another great painting for your challenge series. You really pulled together your colors to bring the piece together.
