"Evergreens With Late Snow" oil on panel by Jack Bingham, Lititz, PA

Another study from the 2010 Winter Studies Series, "Evergreens With Late Snow" is an oil on canvas panel sized 8" x 16". This painting is again from the Speedwell Lake Area, just North of Lititz, where I've been working on paintings lately.

I can imagine a quiet deer slowly coming out of the tree line. Very peaceful.

Agreed, Jack.....Love those dark darks against the snowy foreground....and the lovely lavender in the front.

I think this is my favorite of all your paintings that I've seen, Jack. I just love trees and that blanket of pure, clean snow sets them off magnificently.
