"Low Tide " by Debra Tritt-Kreiger

"Low Tide" - Watercolor 8.5x11.5 on Arches 140lb paper

I have been working out of my comfort zone. (Comforts of an air conditioned studio) This is a painting I did Plein Air in Cape Cod along the Bass River. The tide was coming up to us as we painted and we got out of there just in time!

Love the far background softness against the dark blue and the movement of the water. Beautiful.

Can't wait to hear about your trip. You must have had so much fun painting this plein air. Hope to see you in Gettysburg this week!

You may feel out of your comfort zone, but you are still painting like the consummate pro that you are. This is beautiful!
