There is a stretch of bare trees along North Highway A1A, near where we stay in Fort Pierce, FLA. For the past five winter seasons I've driven past this "forest" of twisting trees. I don't know what kind of tree they are or how they died. No one has removed them. I'm glad, because I've always wanted to paint  them. I finally drove myself to the site on a beautiful sunny morning, with a bright blue sky and nice shadows and painted one of them.

Moody and full of personality. Seems you are having a grand painting season in Florida this year.
