Red Brick Walk by Dianne Lorden

I’d posted the unfinished version of this one a few weeks ago. Cecelia said she kinda liked it the way it was, and I did too. So, while I still felt obliged to complete the plan, I was careful not to overdo the rest, hopefully.

I’m so fond of these Old World street scenes: first, they rather transport me. But also, my dad once did an oil painting of something similar — I don’t even know what country it was, but I do recall there was a donkey — and it was something I really liked as a child. So, working on these scenes always remind me of him and his talent. This is a pastel on toothed paper.

I really like this; it has a different "feel".
