Mt Gretna View 8 x 10 plein air oil- Jill Peckelun

After a couple of wiped out bombs, its good to be painting well again- don't you hate when that happens?  This is the best effort of the past week- a little view of Mt Gretna's shady walkways.  I was there with my dear friend Jean Zaun yesterday.  There are a lot of artists painting all over the place and no one pays any attention to two more set up on the street.  Such a quirky little fairy tale kind of town- it felt good to spend an afternoon there.

Wonderful plein air painting. Very loose and painterly!

Sounds AWEsome!

I agree that the loose, painterly style is just right - and the colors are delicious!
