This little angel has presided over my garden
for years. She's lost some paint, and also
part of one arm, but that doesn't keep her
from watching over the purple clematis that
climbs up the corner of my gardening shed.

Me too--You have memorialized your garden--but Claire --you're angel looks like she's lost her wings as well.
Thank you Mary Beth and Cecelia - you are so right, Cecelia...that poor little think lost her wings and became grounded the first year I had her.
I haven't been able to comment on each of your paintings, but I have been following and am enjoying this series. Lots of fun and different subjects!
