Face Card #6, Maria Kovalenko Leysens


For this 2.5 x 3.5 inch watercolor card, I used an image from the 1940's or 1950's I am guessing. I didn't document the date from the reference when I drew it in my sketchbook... I just liked the image.

Such a great job of selecting interesting portraits to paint. I am really enjoying this series. They are are 'little gems'.
