'Wallflowers' by Thom Glace

Thom Glace Watercolors
'Wallflowers'
Miniature Transparent Watercolor. Image Size: 5 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Crescent Watercolor Board
Original Claimed by my wife. Gilcee prints & note Cards available in various sizes.
This is a scene taken on an excursion through the middle of Ireland. I have always had a special place in my heart for old stone walls. Throw in a sheep or two and a pint of Guiness and you have paradise.

Thom - my father's family has roots in the Scotland/Ireland area(my maiden name is McKay).

Is this size considered an ACEO? I completed 2 ACEO cards last night. Mini's are not easy and the time involved can be the same as doing a larger work. Do you sell your notecards in local shops?

What a nice little painting. My brothers wife has relatives in Ireland. It is filled with beautiful green hills and sheep. I can see why your wife claimed this one.

I am not surprised to find that this scene was found in Ireland. I've never been there but you have captured its essence for me. I love this gorgeous little painting!
