"Inherit the Wind" by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

"Inherit the Wind"
8" x 10"

"Inherit the Wind" is an acrylic, abstracted landscape done on canvas. The day had a warm, light breeze and I could almost feel the flowers and seeds blowing in the wind. This painting is exhibiting at Art & Soul Gallery, 900 Market St., Lemoyne, PA If interested in purchasing, contact Lyn O'Neal at 717-761-1270 There will be a grand re-opening reception of Art & Soul Gallery on Friday, December 4th, 2009 from 4:30 pm - 7pm. Is it Friday yet! I have a feeling that both gallery receptions are going to be "standing room only". I am always taken by the color and depth in your abstracts.

I'm not sure Art and Soul even will have room to fit everybody... but we all will try to squeeze in! :-)
Nice work, Pat. BTW, what brad of Acrylics you working with ?.. You know, I'm very "green" with that!

Mary Beth, wouldn't standing room only be great for both galleries and artists. See you Friday.

Tatiana, A&S can use the area in the mall portion where the tables are for the socialization part. It's big enough to fit all of Central PA in if they want to come. LOL I use Chroma Interactive acrylics for my plein air & representational pieces, and Goldens for my abstract works.

Thanks, Debra. I think the plein air painter came out a little in this one.

Pat, when I first saw this in the gallery, I thought it was an enamel. It is so beautiful!

Thanks, Claire, I almost didn't see it sitting there on the table. A lot of gloss varnish.
