"Little Waterfall" Plein Air by Tatiana Myers

9 X 12 ". Soft Pastel, La Carte.
Today we went somewhere in the middle of nowhere Carlisle area... Pretty creek, look like full of rainbow trout. Right enough to keep me slightly mad about not taking my fishing stuff along... Everybody was painting something different; me, on other hand - something very usual. One more little waterfall!

I see there is not going to be any keeping up with you and Lyn. This was Big Springs in Newville, Pennsylvania. I love your choice of subject...it has a nice composition and wonderful colors. And, a lot of movement with the water and your lines in the grasses.

I love the subtle golds and greens - very natural and beautiful!

I just love your work Tatiana. The Big Spring Creek is nationally known for trout fishing. I also plan to go back and take my family fishing...IN THE SPRING...when the weather warms again.

Oh! You are finishing, too?! Maybe we need to do it together someday! I love to fish and... I love trout. It is tasty and I hardly understand "catch and release" part. :-)
