I have an Ibizan hound named Halen- this is a portrait of his mother. The breed originated in the Balearic Island of Ibiza and were used to hunt rabbits.

I have been working with water mediums the last few days. I love watercolors but I am never satisfied with the background when I paint them so I airbrushed this background. This ibizan puppy belongs to a friend of mine and loves when I use her hounds as models.
